To that end, the “Piece of Me” songstress was spotted at her local Bally’s Total Fitness last evening looking toned and smiling big for the paparazzi.
With a healthy tan glow to her complexion, Brit looked cute in a pink screenprinted tank top, powder blue terrycloth pants and a pair of white sneakers.
In legal news, it seems Miss Spears’ latest appeal to overturn a court decision to place her conservatorship in her father’s care has been denied.
According to the official document, the appeal was not filed with the correct procedures, hence the dismissal of the petition.
