After more than seven months in lockup and multiple visits from his “I’m No Good” wife, Amy Winehouse, Blake Fielder-Civil has copped a plea with prosecutors in regards to the 2006 pub brawl that resulted in the bodily harm of a local bartender.

Fielder-Civil, who has been locked up since November, pleaded guilty to the charges earlier this week. He now faces a maximum sentence of five years in prison for an assault charge, and a maximum life sentence for a witness tampering charge. Fielder-Civil’s co-defendants in the case also pleaded guilty to charges related to the crime. The entire group will be sentenced at a later date.

The 24-year old “Rehab” singer and Fielder-Civil married in Miami in May 2007. Along with his stint in jail, their first year of marriage has also seen her head to rehab to battle her much-publicized drug addiction.

She moved out of BFF Samantha Ronson's house and into her own place over the weekend, and Lindsay Lohan now looks poised to reclaim her status as a working Hollywood movie star.

The 21-year-old recovering redhead was spotted out this morning, getting an early start on the set of "Labor Pains" - which is currently filming in Woodland Hills, California.

Set for a 2009 release date, "Labor Pains" is directed by Laura Shapiro, co-starring Connie Britton and Chris Parnell.

In the final stages of her pregnancy, Nicole Kidman and her country star husband, Keith Urban, have been spotted all over Nashville after arriving to Tennessee ahead of this past weekend's CMA Music Festival.

On Sunday, the lovey-dovey couple were out grabbing their morning coffee at the local Starbucks before heading to the gym for a workout session.

Keith told: "I love having her(Nicole) with me when I tour, but at the same time, it's work. You don't want to ask too much of your family."

Asked if their baby, due this July, will also find a seat on the tour bus, Urban replied: "We'll just have to see what works for us."

According to press reports, "Police in Sydney, Australia, shut down an exhibition of photographs by respected artist Bill Henson last month because the pictures showed images of naked children. Now, police have dropped the investigation after being advised there would be no reasonable prospect of convicting Henson."

Just days after the exhibition was closed, Blanchett wrote an open letter in which she "insisted Rudd should not block Henson's work."

Cate wrote, "We wish to make absolutely clear that none of us endorses, in any way, the abuse of children. Henson's work has nothing to do with child pornography and, according to the judgment of some of the most respected curators and critics in the world, it is certainly art."

Despite deciding to end the investigation, Rudd whole-heartedly is against the exhibition, stating that it is "revolting".

"I'm tired of talking about her and all her shenanigans. It is what it is. I don't even care anymore. I'm going to take a public stand to basically never utter her name publicly again, and I think if that's known it will put an end to some of the drama.”
