Back to work early Monday morning (June 16), Lindsay Lohan was spotted taking a break on the Los Angeles set of her new movie "Labor Pains".

In the film, the Mean Girls starlet plays an assistant at a publishing house who fakes a pregnancy in an attempt to keep her job.

After working on a few more scenes and grabbing a bite to eat for lunch on-set, LiLo took advantage of another break in the action - this time venturing off for a little shoe shopping, swapping back and forth between a pair of knee high boots and high heels while showing off her long legs in a pair of-short-shorts.

In related news, Miss Lohan recently chose not to enter the Emmy race for her role in "Ugly Betty" - steering clear of a competitive field for best guest actress in a comedy series that includes Britney Spears ("How I Met Your Mother") and Mary-Kate Olsen ("Weeds").

In a welcome announcement, the highly anticipated "Hannah Montana: The Movie" currently being filmed in and around Nashville features a cameo role from Nashville native and country sensation Taylor Swift.

Heath Ledger’s family is planning to attend the premiere of The Dark Knight in New York City next month.

The family, who will be traveling from Perth, Australia, confirmed the news of their attendance on June 14th, just shy of the six month anniversary of the actor’s unexpected death. Ledger died on January 22nd at the age of 28 from a prescription drug overdose.

"What happened with Heath is so sad. It's tragic; it's hard to believe," costar Aaron Eckhart told People magazine on Saturday at the Style Villa Sports Presents Tiger Woods PGA Tour 09. ”I enjoyed my time with him immensely."

Eckhart, who portrays Harvey Dent in the Batman sequel, described Ledger as "magnetic."

"Heath was loved by everybody on the set. It's not all the time that the crews are interested in what is going on. Sometimes they get blasé about things, but Heath was electric," he said. "The crew watched him, we all watched him, and he brought such energy to his part and to the set. It was amazing to watch. People were in awe of him."

Singer/songwriter Amy Winehouse was hospitalized after fainting in her London home on Monday afternoon (June 16).

According to press reports, Winehouse passed out as she was about to sign autographs for some of her Canadian fans that had been waiting outside of her house all day.

The fainting spell occurred when she went outside to sign and discovered the fans had left. Though she "quickly recovered" from not feeling well, the diva, 24, did require her manager's assistant "to stop her falling" in her home, her rep said told press.

The “Rehab” singer’s father Mitch Winehouse accompanied her to the hospital, with her rep stating: “She’s fine. It was a brief thing and they took her in as a precaution. Her dad drove her to a private hospital, but they are unsure what caused it so they aren’t taking any chances.”

Doctors at the London Clinic in Marylbone have not diagnosed her condition or determined what might have caused her to faint.
