Fresh from a weekend in Las Vegas, Britney Spears was spotted back in Los Angeles, California last night for a low-key dinner at Sur restaurant.

The “Gimme More” songstress traveled with a small entourage and looked cute in a sleeveless v-neck black minidress with a pair of massive platform high heels and an oversized black handbag.

And there’s good news for the hoping-to-make-a-comeback singer regarding the allegations made by a paparazzo that she allegedly ran over his foot.

Officials declared yesterday that they will not in fact file charges against her because the only way the paparazzo’s foot could have been where the video showed it to be was if he himself had put it there.

Deputy district attorney Joseph Shidler told press, "We have no evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the suspect was aware that the victim's foot had been struck by the car. There was much commotion and noise at the time and there is no proof that the suspect was aware of what had happened."

He concluded, "The only way the victim's foot could have been where the video indicates it to be was by the victim placing it in that location."

According to a source close to the “Devil Wears Prada” actress, Follieri has been embroiled in too much scandal lately, and Anne just couldn’t take it anymore.

The source revealed, "It's heartbreaking for her to dump him and she's devastated that it's come to this, but she really didn't have a choice. His scandals were hurting her reputation."

And this isn’t the first time Raffaello’s shady ways have been a problem… they broke up for a bit last year when he was sued by a former business associate, and was shortly thereafter arrested for bouncing a $215,000 check to a public relations firm.

Continuing along with their promotional obligations, Charlize Theron and Will Smith ended up at the Berlin premiere of their new movie "Hancock" on Tuesday (June 17).

Prior to the screening, which comes just a day after the Paris premiere, Charlize and Will joked and posed with one another on the red carpet before entering the CineStar movie theater at Sony Center Potsdamer Platz.

As for the movie, "Hancock" tells the story of “a hard-living superhero who has fallen out of favor with the public, then entering into a questionable relationship with the wife of the public relations professional who’s trying to repair his image.”

Directed by Peter Berg, you can catch the sure-to-be action-packed flick when it hits theaters in the States on July 2nd (Germany on July 3rd).

Wearing a cute sleeveless blouse with white pants, Kate Hudson was spotted making her way over to cyclist boyfriend Lance Armstong's New York City apartment on Tuesday (June 17).

After staying inside for a short while, the hot new couple left Lance's midtown pad to grab a bite to eat before the Tour de France champion's scheduled appearance on the Late Show with David Letterman.

Earlier in the day, Armstrong also made an appearance on The View, doing his best to avoid questions about his relationship with Hudson.

Offering up a preemptive strike, Lance said to Barbara Walters: "I know you have to ask that question . . . and it's my right not to answer it."

Still pushed about his status with the "Fool's Gold" babe, he responded to Joy Behar, saying: "No, I'm not going to answer [the question.]."

A rep for the show told press that the preview nights are scheduled to begin a month earlier, September 18th at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre in Manhattan.

But you may want to begin saving up for tickets now, as they’re reportedly going to cost somewhere in the neighborhood of $111.50-$116.50 apiece. And according to producer Eric Falkenstein, it will be well worth it. He raved about the “Dawson’s Creek” cutie, saying, “[She] loves being around theater people. When she signed on, she came here to a bare rehearsal room for a read- through. She didn't ask for anything. She was just sweet and deferential." And gal pal Victoria Beckham had nothing but good things to say about Holmes’ foray into live theatre. "I think Katie's incredibly talented. I'm very proud of her to be doing this play." Katie, along with husband Tom Cruise and daughter Suri, will be relocating to the Big Apple for the play’s 16-week run.

The 25-year-old brunette beauty is trying to boost press for her latest film "The Edge of Love", which premieres at The Edinburgh International Film Festival tomorrow (June 18).

Co-starring Sienna Miller and written by Keira's mom, Sharman Macdonald, "The Edge of Love" tells the story of "two feisty, free-spirited women who are connected by the brilliant, charismatic poet Dylan Thomas - who loves them both."

In related news, Keira's mom recently spoke up about the seemingly ancient rumors claiming that her daughter has been battling anorexia.

"She has always been thin," Sharman told the U.K.'s Sunday Times. "She eats like a horse. I always want to apologize because she eats anything that she wants and she does not put on weight."

The first country artist to co-host the popular MTV series, TRL, Taylor Swift kicked off taping on Monday (June 16) with the series expected to wrap up on Thursday (June 19).

Along with her co-hosting duties, the 18-year-old Pennsylvania native will also be performing some of her hit songs including "Our Song" and "Picture to Burn".

Taylor's 4-day appearance on TRL comes just before the release of her new MTV special, Once Upon a Prom, debuting June 21st.

According to station reports, "The one-hour special will feature Swift deciding which dateless teen she will accompany to a high school prom in Tuscaloosa, Alabama."

Wearing a sexy cleavage-baring white ensemble with leopard print heels, South African-born American actress Charlize Theron was a red carpet stunner at the Paris premiere of "Hancock" on Monday night (June 16).

Joined by co-star Will Smith, the duo laughed amongst one another as they posed for a lineup of photographers before making their way into the theater for the screening.

The movie, which hits theaters in the States on July 2nd (France on July 9th), tells the story of "a hard-living superhero who has fallen out of favor with the public, then entering into a questionable relationship with the wife of the public relations professional who's trying to repair his image."

Speaking about a scene in the movie, Charlize recently told press that Will Smith slapped her for real on-set, although he isn't quite willing to accept responsibility.

"He tried to fake slap me one time, but the fake one just didn't happen. We're still debating this one. I think he just hit me! But Will claims I leaned into his hand and that's how it happened. I was so shocked! I was like, 'He just slapped me! But he said, 'I did not slap you. I had my hand there and you turned into it,'" she tells.

Not letting a little contact ruin their growing friendship, Charlize adds: "We're just like kids, it's so much fun. He's not a woman beater!"
