Taking a break from her daily routine, Britney Spears was spotted making her way through the terminal at LAX International airport earlier today - taking off on a Delta flight headed for Louisiana to be by sister Jamie Lynn's side as she gives birth of her first child.

Looking a bit worn out, the “Piece of Me” songstress sported a pink t-shirt dress underneath a blue zip-up hoodie with a pair of jeans, oversized sunglasses and peep-toe flats as she boarded her flight alongside her father, Jamie, and brother, Bryan.

In related news, Brit’s papa received court approval yesterday (June 17th) to put her luxurious 7,400-square-foot mansion up for sale. It is not yet known where or when she plans to move.

But one thing is very probable - she’ll most likely find a much more secluded location in which to live, such as a gated community where shutterbugs can’t readily gather to bother her.

Never one to turn down humanitarian work, Angelina Jolie recorded a public service announcement for World Refugee Day (held on June 20) to help raise awareness about the plight of millions of people at risk.

The 33-year-old "Wanted" actress first became attached to the work of the UN's refugee agency during a February 2001 visit to war-torn Sierra Leone in West Africa, prior to filming Beyond Borders with Clive Owen.

"They have survived war, they have survived displacement, they have survived rape, they have survived hunger and disease," says Jolie (who's expecting twins with Brad Pitt this summer). "For those who have survived and for those who did not, we are thinking of you on this day."

In the PSA, Jolie, who acts as a Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations Refugee Agency, explains what life is like for millions around the world while emotive scenes of refugees flash on the screen.

The actress and human rights activist is also planning to write an article for a major U.S. newspaper to coincide with Friday's day of action. (World Refugee Day will be marked by events worldwide: London's Trafalgar Square is being converted into a replica Darfur village, Rome's Colosseum will be lit with the refugee agency's logo, and, in Washington, D.C., Chicago Bulls basketball player Luol Deng will receive the Humanitarian of the Year award.)

As part of the sentence for her DUI conviction, Nicole Richie was spotted out for her weekly traffic school stop in Van Nuys on Wednesday (June 18).

Accompanied by her regular driver, the former "Simple Life" star wore her hair in cute Heidi braids and toted a Starbucks coffee in hand as she entered the building for the day's lessons.

Meanwhile, Nicole's "Simple Life" co-star Paris Hilton recently shot down rumors that she and Ms Richie are planning a double wedding with their respective Madden brothers.

"I've heard that rumor," Hilton said. "But no, I think we both want to have separate weddings."

Following a press conference and photocall session earlier in the day, Keira Knightley and Sienna Miller made their way to the red carpet for the world premiere of their new movie, "The Edge of Love".

Held at the Edinburgh Film Festival in Scotland, Sienna looked playful in black fringe dress with a matching bowler hat while Keira opted for a stylish white ensemble with a short sparkly jacket overtop.

At the press conference earlier in the day, Knightley addressed a question asking whether she felt under extra pressure because her mother, Sharman Macdonald, was behind the screenplay.

"Because Shar wrote it, it wasn't any more or less than normal," Keira explained, adding that she always gives her best in every movie she makes.

"I'm very, very proud of this film. It's very, very close to me. But, no, I didn't feel a particular pressure because she's my mum."

For the third day in a row, Charlize Theron showed off her sweet smile on the red carpet - this time at the Hancock premiere at Vue West End Cinema in London's Leicester Square on Wednesday (June 18).

Wearing a high-slitted black dress, the Oscar-winning actress was joined at the film festivities by co-star Will Smith, along with fellow attendees Jason Bateman and Danielle Lloyd.

As previously reported by Gossip Girls, “Hancock” tells the story of “a hard-living superhero who has fallen out of favor with the public, then entering into a questionable relationship with the wife of the public relations professional who’s trying to repair his image.”

Performing on Tuesday for the first time since giving birth to her twin girls Max and Emme, Jennifer Lopez visited an elementary school for autistic children in Staten Island, New York on Tuesday (June 17).

After seeing the music video for the first time, the schoolchildren wanted to watch it every day, teacher Kathy Amati told a local paper, adding that the kids eventually learned the lyrics and the dance moves from the video.

"From the minute we wrote the letters, they just automatically thought she would come," Ms. Amati told press.

And the response from Lopez came on the day of her visit, as one of her reps called inquiring as to the time of the graduation ceremony because the "El Cantante" star wished to attend.

After wrapping things up at the local school, Lopez headed home - as she soon rushed off with hubby Marc Anthony and their two little angels to catch a plane headed for Belgium, where they landed earlier today.

They’re the hottest duo since Scarlett Johansson and Natalie Portman starred in “The Other Boleyn Girl” together. And Keira Knightley and Sienna Miller were all smiles at their photocall for “The Edge of Love.”

The British beauties were spotted hamming it up for the cameras in Edinburgh, Scotland earlier today as they began the promotional tour for their upcoming film.

Sienna’s role was originally supposed to go to Lindsay Lohan, but when she fell through producers immediately called on the “Factory Girl” starlet to step in.

She told press, "I had two weeks to prepare before we started filming. Normally I would spend a lot more time doing research and getting completely paranoid but I just had to jump, which suited the part because she was quite abandoned."

And Knightley confessed that she loved the script to the point that it stuck with her after reading it just once. "When you're an actress, the lines disappear from your head as soon as you pick up a new script. But Dylan Thomas's words never disappeared from my head. The love I had for him, I retained."

Though there are all kinds of rumors swirling around gossipland that Selena Gomez and Miley Cyrus are feuding, Gomez has definitively shot them down.

The “Wizards of Waverly Place” cutie recently went on record to set things straight regarding her relationship with the “Hannah Montana” starlet.

Selena said, "We're literally like, It's fine. It's all good. She's Miley and I'm Selena.” As for the constant comparisons to Miss Cyrus, Gomez says she’s flattered.

"It's a little overwhelming, but I think really, it's a compliment. She's obviously extremely successful, and I think she's a wonderful performer ... So being compared to her, I was very, very flattered."

As for differences, Selena (who has a debut album and feature film in the works) says she’s not comfortable taking the stage all by herself. "I'm not going to be a solo artist. I want to be in a band with four other guys."

Just voted as People magazine's Hottest Bachelor, fitness buff Mario Lopez has a shocking confession to make. “I was a chubby baby. I looked like a sumo wrestler. My mom had to pull the folds apart when she bathed me!”

The exercise guru, who's recently single following his split with Karina Smirnoff, says that a full slate of projects has kept him off the dating market - but that hasn't completely stopped him from thinking about dating.

"I like a girl who's from a modest sort of upbringing, because it's more relatable," he says, explaining what he looks for in a potential girlfriend.

"I'm a first-generation American. My parents [Elvia and Mario Sr.] emigrated from Mexico and live in the same house I grew up in Chula Vista, Calif. I'd feel weird if the girl was a little too uppity or affluent, because I'm a very down-home kind of guy," tells Mario.

And for the lucky ladies who do manage to land a date, expect to be flexible.

"I like to go to a place in Korea town in L.A. where they have private karaoke," he says of his favorite date activity. "It's a great place to bring a girl and see how she reacts. If she rolls with the punches and has a good time, then I'm like, 'All right, this girl is cool!".

Apparently they had so much fun at the Ed Hardy warehouse over the weekend that they just had to go back. Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt hung out with designer Christian Audigier yesterday for the second time in a week.

The peroxide pair was spotted at the Culver City, California factory posing for pics with the French designer and shamelessly self-promoting as usual.

When asked if it was hard to be over 40 in youth obsessed Hollywood, new mom Salma Hayek quickly replied “No Way.”

The Bandidas babe was honored on Tuesday night (June 17) during Women in Film's Crystal Lucy Awards in Hollywood, where she stated: “I’m 41 now and I have to say, it’s the best time in my life.”

That comment prompted Jada Pinkett Smith – who was also being recognized, along with her costars from the upcoming chick flick, The Women – to shout out, "You look good!"

Salma proceeded to give a big hello to fellow Latina, Eva Mendes (another star of The Women)… who responded with a loud, “I love you, Salma!”

Continuing along, Hayek told the crowd: "I have learned to enjoy time to be a woman. I have learned to enjoy how to do the most that I can with what I have. It is a good thing to be a 41-year-old Latina woman in America."

Hayek gave birth to her daughter Valentina Paloma last September with billionaire fiancé Francois Henri-Pinault and she says she is finally coming into her own.

When it comes to balancing her busy career and motherhood, Hayek has already learned the most important lesson: “I delegate a lot more…and I’m very lucky because I have great people around me.”

Wearing a cleavage-baring canary yellow mini dress teamed with silver heels, the British glamour babe kicked things off by walking the red carpet at the Leicester Square premiere of "Adulthood".

The film, which is directed by Noel Clarke, is the sequel to Kidulthood - "a film about gang culture in west London in 2006."

Of the movie, Danielle insightfully told The Sun: "Loads of people put a downer on this film, but it brings violence to the forefront. I had lunch with Lord MacKenzie the other day to see what we can do about gun crime. I think if you can stop drugs you can stop crime."

Following the premiere, Danielle scooted on over to The End in her neon pink ride - ready to party it up at the film premiere afterparty.

Continuing on their slew of public sightings, Kate Hudson and Lance Armstrong were spotted out to dinner in New York City last night looking like a happy twosome.

The blonde and the biker made their way through a crowd of paparazzi outside of the newest STK restaurant, located in Manhattan’s meatpacking district. After dinner, they headed over to the West Village for drinks before returning to Hudson’s apartment.

Always the gentleman, Lance looked handsome in a checked-patterned white button-up shirt with black belted trousers and shiny black leather shoes, while Kate opted for a white belted dress with a swirly blue scarf and strappy heeled sandals.

Mr. Armstrong has been on the publicity trail as of late to drum up interest in his new website, LiveStrong.com. According to press, “Armstrong has formally partnered with Demand Media to launch LiveStrong.com, which debuted in full on Tuesday (June 17th). It's a site for keeping tabs on fitness, wellness, and weight-loss goals, along with discussion forums, editorial content, and videos.”

We all know that Hollywood loves its award ceremonies. And last night the Women in Film organization held their 2008 Crystal Lucy Awards at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California.

Hosted by Aisha Tyler, the 2008 Crystal Lucy awards celebrated the most creative, productive, and socially responsible ladies in the film industry. Oh, and there was plenty of top-shelf red carpet fashion.

Cameron Diaz wowed the photogs in a youthful ensemble including a white-with-red-floral-print summer dress with a red sash and matching red pointed-toe heels.

Nicole Richie was also in the house, looking hippie-chic in a blue almost-psychedelic flower-patterned floor-length gown with some chunky jewelry and her hair partially pulled back.

And Salma Hayek looked very business-like, sporting a black jacket/skirt combo with a white button-up blouse and some rockin’ black platform heels. And don’t forget the side-part ponytail!

With a string of promotional gigs lined up, Rihanna stepped out on Tuesday afternoon for a scheduled appearance on MTV’s Total Request Live.

The "Good Girl Gone Bad" singer was first spotted hopping into an awaiting ride outside of her NYC hotel before arriving at Times Square Studios.

Once inside, the 20-year-old Barbados native posed backstage with the show's special guest co-host Taylor Swift before taking the stage alongside Taylor and MTV VJ Damian Fahey.

During their time entertaining the audience, Fahey asked Rihanna about recent rumors claiming that she has a lingerie collection in the works.

To this, Rihanna responded: “I love lingerie. I love buying it and making it. I would like to [have one] one day but we’re going to start with the fashion first — apparel and clothing. Maybe some underwear for you (pointing at Damian while laughing)."

Following her TRL appearance, Rihanna's now slated to hit BET’s 106 & Park tomorrow, then performing lighting honors on “Cartier’s Declare Your Love Day” at the Empire State Building on Thursday.
