Following a busy past few days in the Big Apple, Rihanna was back at it again on Thursday afternoon (June 19).

Wearing a floral tube dress with black heel boots, the “Irreplaceable” hitmaker took on hosting duties at an Empire State Building lighting ceremony.

With red lights aglow at the flip of the switch, the special occasion being celebrated is the 3rd Annual Cartier Declare Your Love Day.

As part of the festivities, Cartier will be donating ten percent of all sales from the entire Love collection to benefit charity.

Still taking a break from her West Coast duties, Kim Kardashian continued her European getaway by paying a visit to London, England for the UK premiere of “Hancock.”

And the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” babe showed the Brits what American eye candy is all about in a multicolored floor-length cleavage-baring evening gown with curly dark locks.

Back here in the States, KK has been nominated for two Teen Choice awards. And she’s so excited, she’s already posted a blog entry on her official website thanking her fans.

With the opening of the Moscow International Film Festival today, Will Smith and Charlize Theron received a warm Russian welcome as they arrived at the premiere of their new movie “Hancock.”

The “I Am Legend” stud looked dapper in a black suit/white shirt/black tie combo topped off with some ear bling, while his beautiful blonde co-star did her thing in a rose-patterned sleeveless red dress with a rosy sash.

Of his character in the movie, Smith recently told press, "Hancock is a bit of a drinker and he's super, which is a bit of a dangerous combination because he flies drunk. We tried to just break genre and create something that was different."

“Hancock” opens the same day (July 2nd) as “Kit Kittrege: An American Girl” which co-stars Will’s daughter Willow Smith. And the “Men in Black” stud says he had a heart-to-heart with his little girl.

"I just told her 'sweetheart, daddy loves you but I've got to stop you at the box office.' She was like, 'Well daddy, you get us a lot of nice things, so you do what you have to do.’"

Less than a month from now, three billion viewers will be glued to their televisions for the 2008 Miss Universe Pageant. And Miss Australia 2008 Laura Dundovic is gearing up for the big day.

The “Fools Rush In” actress headed over to one of her favorite spending spots, the Fred Segal boutique, to grab some new duds. And she looked summertime sexy in a sleeveless red shirt and a pair of flair-legged jeans.

During her time at the Crystal+Lucy Awards earlier this week, Hayek confessed that despite all of the hoopla, her mind was never far from her little almost-one-year-old daughter Valentina.

She told press, “I was with her right before we came. I was in the car telling my partner, I know it’s been ten minutes, but I miss her already.”

And it sounds like Salma is truly enjoying motherhood. “She sticks her tongue out, she claps at everything. From day one, she’s been smiling and laughing. She’s a very happy baby. Everything she does melts my heart.”

With everything going as planned, Jamie-Lynn Spears welcomed a baby girl into the world at Mississippi Southwest Regional Medical Center on Thursday morning (June 19).

According to People magazine reports, the baby was named Maddie Briann, with a source telling: "Just the family was there. Everyone is healthy and happy."

As previously reported by Gossip Girls, Jamie-Lynn's big sister Britney and her brother and father arrived in their hometown of Kentwood, Louisiana yesterday afternoon - meeting up with mother Lynne, who has been busy preparing for the arrival of her granddaughter.

Meanwhile, Jamie-Lynn, 17, and her babydaddy, Casey Aldridge, 19, were engaged this past March - recently purchasing a three-bedroom home in Liberty, Miss., where they plan to raise their daughter.

The Gimme More singer has made the cross-country trip as Jamie-Lynn is expected to be giving birth to her first child today (June 19).

As previously reported by Gossip Girls, Britney and family arrived in their hometown of Kentwood, Louisiana yesterday afternoon - meeting up with mother Lynne and Jamie Lynn - as the Spears gang prepares for the baby's arrival.

"They have had nine months to deal with this," a Spears family friend told press. "Last night was very low-key. There was no last-minute panicking. No one was worried."

Making her comeback to reality television, Paris Hilton was spotted out and about in New York City filming footage for her new best-friend-finding show.

And it sounds like Miss Hilton keeps scoring big points with her boyfriend Benji Madden. The Good Charlotte rocker recently gushed about how great life is now that Paris is in his world.

Wearing a cute multi-fabric strapless dress, Minka Kelly made her way to Espace on 42nd Street to attend Self Magazine's issue release party for the "Rock Bodies" issue.

The soon-to-be 28-year-old is currently filming her new movie "500 Days of Summer", which co-stars Zooey Deschanel.

Well on her way to an acting career revival, Lindsay Lohan was spotted taking a cigarette break on the set of her new movie “Labor Pains,” in which she plays a secretary who fakes a pregnancy in order to keep her job.

From all accounts, the “Mean Girls” actress has shed her ‘difficult to work with’ reputation. Producer Lati Grobman told press, “We were a little bit reluctant to work with her. But she’s been amazing.”

And it sounds like she is well on her way to a booming (again) film career. "She's so natural at what she does. I've never seen one take where she's off. The difference between her and the other girls that are naughty in the business is that she's actually talented. It's not [like] Paris Hilton and the rest of them. We took the chance. It's good that we did. So far, so good.”

In related news, Lindsay has officially taken her name out of the running for an Emmy for her guest spot on one episode Ugly Betty, given the fact that she’ll have a lot more exposure next season when she’s on five episodes. Her rep said, "The appearance was brief. We made a decision to wait."

The newly-single “Devil Wears Prada” babe rocked a conservative-yet-sexy black v-neck sleeveless minidress with a pair of shiny heels, while the “Office” funnyman opted for a grey suit.

Carell recently told press that he enjoyed stepping out of his usual comedic role to play a spy. "When we first discussed it, we wanted it to be a legitimate spy movie that's also funny. I wanted it to hold up, with characters that could potentially exist and situations that had stakes to them ... we are not people you'd normally see in an action movie, and I think that's part of the comedy."

Well-known for her work with the Blessings in a Backpack organization, the “War, Inc.” starlet has become a Cartier ambassador for the organization, helping raise money via the LoveCharity.

It was a typical hectic Wednesday for Hills hottie Lauren Conrad, as she went about her daily business while filming new scenes for the hit MTV reality show.

To kick things off, LC and a gal pal attended a meeting at Fine Line Inc., where the 22-year-old Laguna Beach native spent over an hour inside before leaving with some clothes samples in hand.
