Just one short week after giving birth to baby twins, Angelina Jolie has departed the Lenval hospital to head home with Vivienne Marcheline and Knox Leon.

According to sources on the scene, a Mercedes people carrier was spotted exiting the hospital carrying Pitt and Jolie's bags, along with children's seats which were thrown in behind the driver.
Meanwhile, the hospital's Web site posted the following: “Angelina Jolie left the clinic Santa Maria of Foundation Lenval around 4AM on July 19 with her babies, Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline. The mother and her babies are doing very well.”

Meanwhile, the couples obstetrician, Doctor Micheal Sussmann, left the hospital saying "No comment" about the progress of the twins and Angelina Jolie to the waiting media.

Accompanied by a gal pal, Paris Hilton was spotted out enjoying the California summer sunshine at the Brentwood Country Mart on Friday (July 18).

Looking stylish in a blue, knee-length racerback dress with black heels and a black captain hat, the former Simple Life star and her shopping pal made a handful of purchases before heading back to the car and driving off.

Following a Friday morning performance on Good Morning America, Disney starlet Miley Cyrus switched up outfits and headed on over to MTV studios in Times Square to tape an appearance on TRL.

As for her free show as part of the GMA summer concert series, Miley was reportedly worried that her recent photo controversies would keep people away. But that just wasn't the case.

“I was extremely nervous until today, and now I'm like so excited. Everyone actually showed up," the 15-year-old singer/actress told press. “I was like, OK, there are going to be two people, and they're going to be paparazzi.”

Still hard at work on her return to network television, Katie Holmes continued along with the filming of her guest spot as a nonprofit attorney on "Eli Stone" in Los Angeles on Friday (July 18).

There were warning signs back in April when the “Desperado” actress acted very passé when asked about a wedding date. She said, "Do I think we are going to get married? Probably. Will it make a difference? I hope not.”

But all may not be lost. Salma recently told press, "You want to grow old with someone, you want to have a partner and to have children — we have all those things. Some people need the commitment. Maybe we'll just make the party!"
