Taking care of a few daily errands, Britney Spears was spotted out and about shopping for home decor in Beverly Hills on Monday afternoon (August 25).

The "Gimme More" singer sported a white tanktop paired with denim capri pants as she sniffed away at the candles before picking up a few items.

In related news, Brit's manager Larry Rudolph recently brought an end to rumors that the recovering pop tart was planning on performing at the MTV VMAs on September 7th.

"She did the promo for them, but there never were any plans for her to appear on the show," a spokesman for Rudolph said.

Nonetheless, Spears is scheduled to attend the show - as she's up for three VMA awards, including the coveted Video of the Year prize for "Piece of Me".

Enjoying a summertime afternoon lunch outing with her man by her side, Paris Hilton stepped out in Beverly Hills with Benji Madden on Monday (August 25).

With Benji sporting a navy blue "Obey" t-shirt, the loved up couple walked hand-in-hand, taking to the exit after finishing up their meals at Il Pastaio restaurant.

In related news, it appears as if Miss Hilton is planning a big duet with her Good Charlotte rocker beau.

Hilton told press: "He (Benji) actually helped me write some of the songs for my new album, and for the BFF show. He’s a really amazing talent, songwriter and singer."

When asked specifically about a potential duet with Madden, the former "Simple Life" starlet replied: "Yes, definitely. When the show comes out.”

From Miley Cyrus’ Hannah Montana, to the Jonas Brothers’ Camp Rock, Disney stars are definitely taking over the big screen and the pop charts. And singer/songwriter Demi Lovato is one of the latest additions to this Disney invasion.

Lovato was spotted at Arthur Ashe Kids' Day at the U.S. Open in NYC, where the teen starlet looked the part of a punk rock princess, wearing a black and white tuxedo vest with a long sleeve black shirt underneath, skinny jeans and a pair of knee high boots.


The Texan teen got her start on PBS’ hit show Barney & Friends, where she met one of her best friends and fellow Disney star Selena Gomez.

"I remember always having inside jokes with Selena," Lovato tells press. "One time we went into the kitchen and grabbed a handful of gumballs and stuck them in our mouth and ran to school. They were like ‘what do you have in your mouth?’ and we’re like ‘nothing.’ When asked if the rumors are true about Selena and Nick Jonas’ supposed romance, Lovato coyly replies "I think they would look good together, but too bad they’re not."

Along with recording her debut album “Don’t Forget”, which is set to drop on September 23rd, Lovato has been keeping busy with co-starring duties in the Jonas Brothers’ hit Camp Rock and by joining them on their current tour, “Burning Up.”

When asked about her relationship with the Jonas boys, she says: "They're basically like my brothers. They’ll always have my back no matter what situation... They’re hilarious guys, and also they’ve got really big hearts that people don’t always see. They do see it in videos, and things like that, but they’re ten times more cool than you expect when you meet them and hang out with them all the time. And they’re very protective of me."

Some are already calling Lovato the next Miley Cyrus, a claim that Demi takes in stride saying. "She’s one of the most successful teenagers, and it’s an honor to be compared to her success.”

While some celebrities have massive spectacles to celebrate their birthday, Blake Lively seems to be more concerned with her career.

The “Gossip Girl” gal was spotted on the New York City set of her hit show today looking to have a marvelous time in between takes.

And Miss Lively was summertime sexy in a multicolored v-neck top along with a pair of slim fit jeans and some flirty black leather high-heeled boots.

And according to reports, Miss Spears may be considering revisiting her “Chaotic” days of Reality TV with a new show to chronicle her journey back to sanity. And her father isn’t the least big happy.

Taking a break from her life on the West Coast, Lindsay Lohan was spotted out in New York City with her girlfriend Samantha Ronson and mom Dina Lohan last night (August 24).

The “Mean Girls” babe and her newly brunette gal pal joined her momager at Downtown Manhattan hot spot Bar Pitti restaurant for dinner with friends on a relaxing night out.

And it seems that LiLo has inspired a bit of craziness, as a random guy has been going around the Big Apple masquerading as her ‘manager.’

According to a report, a man who calls himself Roy Cohen has been calling stores like Prada and Gucci and posing as Lohan’s rep to set up private store viewings. He’s also arranged a bash at the Empire Hotel for Gossip Girl star Blake Lively.

Unfortunately for him, neither actress has shown up to anything he’s arranged, and Lindsay’s real publicist Leslie Sloane Zelnick is calling foul. She told press, "He doesn't rep Lindsay or Blake and no one knows who the creep is."
