In an attempt to maintain her signature glow, Paris Hilton stopped in at the Portofino Sun Center in Beverly Hills on Wednesday (September 17).

Sporting quite the interesting ensemble, Paris sported a combination that included sweatpants and a motorcycle cap topped off with a Paris Hilton t-shirt and handbag.

Meanwhile, it appears as if Miss Hilton has found the perfect candidate to become her new BFF as part of her upcoming reality show "Paris Hilton's My New BFF," which begins airing on September 30 on MTV.

"The person who won is now my best friend. We hang out. Yeah, we're really friends," Hilton told Reuters. "We've been having barbecues and hanging out at the house. The winner and I have been pretty low-key so far, because it is top secret right now."

Talking about how the show prepared the contestants for the go, go, go Hollywood lifestyle, along with the constant presence of photographers, Hilton added, "In my life you can get photographed at any time. You never know when paparazzi are going to be hiding around the corner. So my friend needs to be paparazzi-ready."

Taking a break from the set of their new TV show, the Jonas Brothers headed out to the Big 5 Sporting Goods store in Beverly Hills on Wednesday afternoon (September 17).

Flanked by security personnel, Nick, Joe and Kevin were all seen as they exited the shop - carrying a handful of bags with brand new shoes.

Meanwhile, Nick was spotted out solo earlier in the day - as he had to make an emergency vet run with his birthday puppy.

The youngest Jonas brother was given the dog on Tuesday (September 16) by his famous family as a 16th birthday gift. He named his new pooch Elvis - after the rockers Elvis Presley and Elvis Costello - and has been taking his new best friend on walks around his Hollywood home since.

But Nick had to cut short their fun this morning - dashing off to a Los Angeles vet surgery clinic after discovering the cute puppy had a bit of a bug problem!

Her show “Pam: Girl on the Loose” has loyal viewers all over the world it seems - and Pamela Anderson was spotted out and about in Paris, France earlier today fulfilling her promotional duties.

In a recent interview, Anderson revealed that her sons weren’t allowed to see “Borat” until she explained to them her sex tape scandal from a decade ago.

"I explained to them, ‘Mom and daddy run about naked all the time and we taped some things ... and someone stole the tape.' They really wanted to see 'Borat' and I finally had a breakdown and let them because all their friends had (seen it) and I said, 'There are a few things we have to talk about before you see 'Borat.'”

He’s been making quite a name for himself, with box office hits like “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull” and “Transformers.” And last night Shia LaBeouf was hamming it up at the premiere of his latest film “Eagle Eye.”

Speaking of Miss Monaghan, she recently told press how much she enjoyed working with LaBeouf on the film. “He is amazing. He’s incredibly dedicated. Certainly it’s a testament to him having acted for years, but he really strives to make every shot better, and if it’s something that’s not working right, he’s right in there trying to fix it.”

She added, “He’s the only co-star that I’ve ever worked with that actually turns up to work earlier than his call time. His call time is at 5:30, he’s there at 5:15. It makes me look bad.

She's ready to take over the world of pop music following her big MTV VMA wins, and earlier today (September 16) Britney Spears was spotted on her way to work on her dance moves at a studio in Beverly Hills, California.

Meanwhile, a lawyer for the once-troubled pop tart is hard at work as he tries to get his "Gimme More" singing client out of a trial for misdemeanor driving without a license.

According to Access Hollywood reports, "Spears’ lawyer in the case, Michael Flanagan, said that he will file a petition on Thursday to ask the Superior Court of Los Angeles to accept their proof the star has a valid license. He wants the case dismissed and for Britney to be able to pay a $10 fee."

During the incident, which happened to be a fender bender with a parked Mercedes back in August 2007, Flanagan tells that Spears was "driving with a Louisiana license that was valid because she owns homes in that state."

The next hearing regarding Britney's misdemeanor driving charge is scheduled to take place this Thursday (September 18).

They’re still riding high on their big win at the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards for Best Dancing in a Video, and the Pussycat Dolls were spotted across the pond in London, England earlier today (September 16).

Nicole Scherzinger, Jessica Sutta, Kimberly Wyatt, Ashley Roberts, and Melody Thornton paid a visit to GMTV Studios for a promotional appearance, looking fit and fine.

For their new single “Whatcha Think About That,” the PCD collaborated with superstar hitmaker Missy Elliot, something they can’t stop raving about.

Of their new video shoot, Wyatt recently told press, "We threw down with Missy Elliott last night, and it was incredible. For the first time in my life, I was weak in the knees. I was completely starstruck. I had butterflies."

Scherzinger added, "Missy is so hot because she's the first female we've worked with on our album. And she's taking the Pussycat Dolls to a whole other level. We love you, Missy. We love this song. Her new movie "Another Cinderella Story" hit store shelves today, and Selena Gomez celebrated with an afternoon out dining and shopping in Los Angeles.

Some celebrities rent out massive venues and throw extravagant parties to celebrate their birthday. But Nick Jonas would rather keep things low-key.

The “Burnin’ Up” stud was spotted taking his pet pooch for a walk outside of his Toluca Lake, California home earlier today (September 16), giving the paparazzi a thumbs up.

Together with his brothers Joe and Kevin, Nick helped field fan-generated questions on their MySpace page, talking about everything from marriage to career.

In response to the question “Would you ever date a fan?” they answered, "The answer is YES. We have already dated fans or girls that are not celebrities. In fact, we really like to believe that the girl we will spend our lives with will be our biggest 'fan.'"

But when it came to their current relationships, the boys kept tight-lipped. "It is our rule to not talk about our personal lives, especially who we are dating. The same would be true if we were dating you."

They also noted that their main focus will be their new TV show, with no major touring until next summer. "We are starting our TV show next week and will be busy with the show until then. We will be going out for special performances throughout the year. Hopefully, we can make it to your area but we will not be out on an official tour until June or July."

Designer Karen Boyd for Jaeger London brought out Europe’s best for Fashion Week. This was the second season and what a season it was! Patterns and prints took on the runway.

"The summer collection is a real kaleidoscope of optimistic color and print, a magical mystery tour through an idyllic British summertime; poppies and rainbows, maypoles, daisy chains and turtle doves, elements of UK folklore distorted through a blur of heat haze," she said.

She also tried to be detail about contrasting, mixing high volume into the dresses yet making sure it flatters the body and is still tailored. Keeping it confident, bold colors were mixed with each part of an outfit. Her last show was also entertaining with mixed pieces that people loved. Following what to seems to be the season’s trend, she also stuck with sheer and her pieces were beyond chic.

She’s looking happier than ever these days, and last night Lindsay Lohan was spotted out on a dinner date with her girlfriend Samantha Ronson at the swanky West Village eatery Da Silvano.

And much like her recent gig “Labor Pains,” it sounds like LiLo is really enjoying being back to work following her stint of personal turmoil. "It's been a great experience and everyone's been so wonderful to me," she told press.

It felt like you jumped into a time machine at Topshop Unique’s 2009 fashion show. Big hair, big shoulders, and denim vests all brought back reminders of when cell phones seemed non existence and Tiffany was back on the top charts.

Models were decked out head to toe in full 80’s wear. Wearing large bandanas on their heads, there were jumpsuits, denim pieces, shoulder padded jackets, high waisted pants, and oversized sweaters on the runway.

Patterns of course were bright and obnoxious just like the 80’s era. Stone washed denim also made a come back during the show. Bandanas were wrapped around each models head, one fashion trend we didn’t ever think would be back. Leggings also brought back memories and belts were used to accessorize around waists.

Staying on note of Topshop Unique, they have just announced that they will be opening a “denim clinic” to help shoppers find that perfect pair of jeans, to make the search easier and less frustrating for everyone. One on one advice and fittings will be held at the Oxford store between 1 and 6pm daily.

Although I cannot see anyone typically walking down the street in a heart print jumpsuit anytime soon, many of the pieces could be pulled off and wearable. One thing the designer did decide to do for the first time? Stick to the age group that actually buys the clothing. Directing it on the younger audience, may just help them out for 2009. Bring on the 80’s!
