Back out on the town for a little more pampering, Lauren Conrad was spotted enjoying a leisurely breakfast in Hollywood on Sunday (October 12).

Leaving the restaurant with her OJ and blackberry in hand, the MTV reality star popped into a local nail salon to treat herself to a manicure and pedicure following her morning meal.

Choosing black nail polish as her new color, LC paired up her nails with her jersey dress and Chanel handbag while chatting and texting the day away.

As previously reported by Gossip Girls, in the latest episode of “The Hills”, LC’s nemesis seemed to be trying to make amends, as Heidi Montag wrote up an apology note which was read aloud by fellow co-star Whitney Port.

“I just wanted to tell you how sorry I am about everything. I’m so sorry for every negative or hurtful comment I’ve ever said. That is not how I feel or who I am. I think you are a great person and I will always cherish our memories. Thank you for everything you have ever done for me. I really wish things hadn’t turned out this way but I take responsibility. Taking her act across the pond, Miley Cyrus turned up in London over the weekend for a performance on BBC The Switch Live on Sunday (October 12).

Spending the weekend in Las Vegas, the always-romantic couple of Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony secretly renewed their wedding vows early Sunday morning (October 12).

In a ceremony taking place over four years after they first tied the knot, Lopez and Anthony said their "I Do's" at Caesars Palace's Forum Tower Penthouse. Witnessed by two close friends, the service was officiated by Rev. Steven Smith, People magazine reports.

"It was totally a spur of the moment thing," a source told People. "They decided around 12:30 in the morning that they wanted to do it and started calling for ministers."
